EQUIP & ENGAGE
We are dedicated to ENGAGING the curious and EQUIPPING the follower so that people find their way to God through Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our partners enable us to continue in full-time ministry toward that end. We are not interested in raising funds. We are interested in developing relationships with long-term ministry partners — people who understand what we do and why we do it.

PROCLAMATION
We share biblical truth with people right where they are, whether in one-on-one discipleship, small group settings, coffee shops, or jails. We communicate the relevance of God's Word making eternal truths accessible and applicable to people’s daily life, inviting questions and fostering genuine understanding.
FREEDOM
We provide spaces for individuals to acknowledge and confront their need for a savior where they feel safe. We walk alongside of them as they seek to know about Jesus. Through prayer, biblical counsel, and the power of the Holy Spirit, we help people identify their need for a savior–Jesus Christ–and how He has provided away out of bondage.
GROWTH
We aim to help followers grow in their understanding of what it means to be Jesus’ disciple. We will connect with anyone–anywhere– by one-on-one meetings, email, or video chats to assist them in their spiritual growth.
MULTIPLICATION
We help growing believers come to the understanding that they are commissioned by Jesus to be “sent” into the world. We seek to model what what discipleship looks like in the life of the maturing follower of Christ so that they can go and do likewise–sharing the story of new life in Jesus with others, building them up in their faith and sending them out to reach their world for Christ.
PARTNERSHIP
Like the threads in the hands of a skilled weaver, God brings together people from different backgrounds to partner with us. For thirty-years our ministry has been sustained by a small group of committed individuals who understand why we do what we do and feel called to join us.

Like artisans with specialized tools in their workshop, our marriage equips us with distinct yet complementary gifts for the Master's work. As Matt and Betsy, we move between ministry focus compartments with purpose — sharing Jesus through genuine connections that transform lives one authentic conversation at a time.
Arts Ministry Focus
Matt is specifically focused on taking the gospel into the cultural domains of art, media and entertainment.
For over thirty years, I have mentored and discipled Creatives around the country and internationally to help them grow in their relationship with Christ and understand the creative gifts He has given them through His perspective.
Highlights of my ministry efforts have included directing summer projects for college art students and artist-in-residence programs that demonstrate how to live missionally while pursuing creative careers. As co-founder of Arts Fellowship Orlando and HEART Youth Art Residency, mentoring Creatives globally.
Jail Ministry Focus
Betsy serves as a chaplain to the incarcerated.
I teach Bible studies, provide spiritual guidance to inmates, help to equip them on life beyond their incarceration and help them transition from a life-cycle of sex/human trafficking, abuse, crime, addiction and poverty through special rehabilitation opportunities.
